Client Success Manager
Reporting to the Director of Client Success, as a Client Success Manager, you play an integral role in helping to increase client satisfaction and brand loyalty for a fast-growing and award-winning software company. The Client Success Manager implements the onboarding process, performs process consultation, and instruct clients on best practices to maximize the value of their software investment. The Client Success Manager will work closely with internal teams to interpret client needs and help ensure products meet those needs. This position will also maintain on-going familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for serviced products.
We are looking for an enthusiastic storyteller to be a Product Specialist and engage customers and prospective customers on the innovative and award winning SafeSend Returns (SSR) product line. The ideal candidate enjoys giving presentations, demos, and trainings – both virtual and in-person – on software and technology features, capabilities, and benefits, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Having a passion for helping people and for being a change catalyst who takes pride in shifting the mindset of technology laggards to being more progressive and tech savvy is a must.
As a Sales Associate, you will become an expert with our award winning and market-leading SafeSend Returns offering and the value and benefits it delivers to our accounting firm customers and their clients. You will be responsible for obtaining new sales opportunities and performing revenue generating activities through inbound lead follow up and warm outbound calls. You will also conduct research to identify business opportunities and establish and maintain strategic relationships based on leads. Since relationships are developed virtually, rather than in person, the position requires a unique set of skills, including a high level of computer proficiency, phone skills, and the ability to build rapport during client calls without the benefit of face-to-face interaction.

Digital Marketing Analyst
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Analyst to crunch numbers, identify campaign and customer insights, and contribute to a data-driven, strategic marketing plan. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a love for assessing data, and a finesse for translating results into easy-to-understand graphs and reports. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working within Salesforce and Pardot to help ensure the most accurate data possible. This position is based in our Ann Arbor, MI office and reports to the Director of Marketing.
Learning and Development Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is excited about contributing to our rapidly growing company. The Learning and Development Specialist will create, develop, implement, and conduct learning and development programs for SafeSend customers and employees. This includes onboarding of new customers and employees, refresher training for existing customers, and personal growth initiatives for SafeSend employees. This position will work out of our office in Meridian, ID as part of the User Services team.
Salesforce/Pardot Solutions Architect
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce/Pardot Solutions Architect to serve as an application expert, serving the needs of multiple teams. The ideal candidate will know Salesforce/Pardot inside and out, and have the skills to execute requests from the Sales, Client Success, Marketing, User Services, and Finance teams to ensure the most accurate data and reporting. From planning, designing, coding, and implementing enhancements, the ideal candidate will be able to execute tasks or manage projects that require outside sourcing. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, with the option to work fully remote or be based out of our Ann Arbor, MI or Boise, ID office with a flexible schedule.
