- Customer Success Manager
Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, as a Customer Success Manager, you play an integral role in helping to increase client satisfaction and brand loyalty for a fast-growing and award-winning software company. The Customer Success Manager implements the onboarding process, performs process consultation, and instruct clients on best practices to maximize the value of their software investment. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with internal teams to interpret client needs and help ensure products meet those needs. This position will also maintain on-going familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for serviced products.
- Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you will become an expert with our award winning and market-leading SafeSend Returns offering and the value and benefits it delivers to our accounting firm customers and their clients. You will be responsible for obtaining new sales opportunities and performing revenue generating activities through inbound lead follow up and warm outbound calls. You will also conduct research to identify business opportunities and establish and maintain strategic relationships based on leads. Since relationships are developed virtually, rather than in person, the position requires a unique set of skills, including a high level of computer proficiency, phone skills, and the ability to build rapport during client calls without the benefit of face-to-face interaction.

We are looking for an expert Scrum Master (IDC) to facilitate an agile team working under the scrum methodology. The ideal candidate will serve as a point person responsible for understanding the big development picture of each sprint.
