cPaperless wants you to be satisfied with our products. If, for any reason, the software you receive does not meet your expectations, cPaperless will exchange or refund the purchase of the product that you purchased directly from cPaperless if you contact our customer support department to request the return within 10 days of receiving the product. Products may be returned within 10 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior approval and a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) are required to obtain a refund.
2. To obtain the RMA#, please contact Customer Service at support@cPaperless.com and provide the following information:
- The order number
- Company name
- Account number
- Your name
- The product you’re returning
- The product key number
- The reason for the return
- The purchase price before tax
3. If you had an electronic install of the software, then we will ask you to deactivate your licenses and uninstall the product from your computer before we issue the refund.
4. Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of issuance of the RMA# and confirmation of the deactivation of the issued licenses. Aside from this warranty, no other refunds of any kind will be available.
5. Refunds will incur a processing and restocking fee calculated as the greater of $50 or 10% of the purchase price.
